CATALYSE A NEW WAY OF SEEING

What if breakthrough creativity is not so much about intelligence, brainstorming or data — and more about expanding our intentions, perception and relationship between self, mind and world?

Can we access a transformative creativity by expanding our understanding about reality and our place in it?

Can we consistently learn to do what physicists have asked and solve our problems from a different space, one in which the apparently contradictory realities we see, are actually part of one whole?

The thing is, sometimes the world reorganises itself in an instant. Patterns emerge from noise. Seemingly impossible solutions appear fully formed. Chaos makes sudden sense and entire systems become visible from a higher level of coherence — like hidden depth suddenly appearing in a Magic Eye diagram.

The Creativity Catalyst is a practice lab for people who want to enter that space deliberately.

It’s built on a simple but demanding premise: that great heights of achievement are inseparable from great depths of humanity. And that working with the inborn ability we have to expand our love, care or compassion for others is one of the most direct and stable ways that radical creative insight and illumination occur — without chemical force or tricks.

This club is for innovators, systems thinkers, scientists, founders, designers, educators and cultural explorers who’ve already exhausted conventional approaches to creativity and suspect that a next-level breakthrough will require something far more fundamental — a shift in the way we see ourselves as part of a great whole.

Here we explore the deep structures underlying insight, emergence and acceleration of creativity and innovation by integrating dreaming, systems thinking, natural pattern formation and the compassionate, contemplative foundation of Mahayana Buddhism — and its three modes of experiencing mind: intuition, insight and illumination.

No pressure to perform.
No productivity optimisation.
And definitely not another brainstorming session.

A direct investigation into the mechanics of consciousness, compassion, creativity and creation itself.

definitely not woowoo.

Why I Opened This Lab

Hi, I’m Anja. Decades ago, while working on the intersection of science, dreaming and non-dual philosophy, I defined recurring patterns across radically different fields and realised that not everyone can see these patterns easily.

As a result, my research turned to making a practical system that helps us move beyond typically Western thinking to access radically new solution spaces, often through sudden shifts that reorganise the problem itself. My system clarifies both wicked physical problem spaces as well as emotional ones since it turns out that expanding our wish to help others also precedes radically expanded forms of insight.

After years of success with large groups, innovation teams and organisational transformation, I wanted a smaller, more experimental space to evolve the deeper implications.

The Creativity Catalyst is that space — an intimate practice lab for leaders, innovators and explorers interested in how dreams, intuition and compassion function together, how shared insight emerges and how even small shifts in intention can spectacularly expand what we are able to perceive is possible.

WhAT’s BEHIND THE CURTAIN?

Over the last 20 years, more than 11,000 experts worked with my breakthrough thinking methods, from aerospace R&D teams in science and engineering to educators, activists and cultural organisations. The same questions kept resurfacing:

How can I find genuinely new ideas for old problems and how do my intentions change my ability to see them?
Why do certain triggers cause peaks of personal insight or certain teams achieve states of accelerated collective insight ?
Are there really universal patterns underlying the way creativity unfolds across mind, nature and culture?

The research, tools and systematic methods behind The Creativity Catalyst offer answers, not feel-good-isms. Refined over thousands of real-world applications, this work explores the possibility that human creativity is not random, but follows the same fundamental generative patterns found in nature and the wider cosmos.

But The Creativity Catalyst is certainly not primarily about theory. This system is something observable, testable and applicable to every challenge, no matter the environment.

And this is a space for experimentation — for using all our sense perceptions to ‘see’ differently, to redefine our ‘self’, mind and relationship to everything in space around us, to experience that the world reveals more secrets if the way we relate to it begins to change, and to explore what happens when our intentions and perception shift far enough that entirely new solutions, strategies and even realities suddenly become available.

To See What Everyone Else Has Seen. But Think What No One Else Has Thought.
— Albert Szent-Gyorgyi

What happens inside the club

I trust that synchronicity will be at work for you to meet the like-minded peers you may have been searching for and learn from each other, not just from me.

We meet online once a month — at 4pm [GMT] on the last Thursday — for open exploration, discussion and live questions. Ask me anything and find extra value in listening to Q&A with others. No question is too practical, too philosophical, or too experimental. And there’s no time limit. We stay as long as everyone wants.

You can also email me personal questions on applying any of my tools and techniques to your organisation — I’ll answer those in a ‘free-consulting’ Member’s video once a week.

If you’ve watched any of my Youtube videos on this topic, you’re welcome to build on those. And if you’re working with the Inspiration Cards or the Map of All Creation in your own creative practice, organisation or research, this is your chance to deepen that work, share your wins and explore challenges as they arise.

All meetings are, naturally, recorded and placed in the Members area, along with other things you might need.

THE FUTURE IS HUMAN

Whether you are exploring the edge of technology, systems change, consciousness research, education, leadership or the future of innovation, The Creativity Catalyst is designed to expand what you are able to perceive, connect and create.

Come for a month and experience the work directly. Pay as you go and go when you like — there’s no obligation.

Maybe we will discover what Szent-Györgyi meant when he wrote, “True discovery is to see what everybody else has seen and think what nobody else has thought.” Perhaps we will find the patterns we’ve sensed intuitively for years have a common language. Or perhaps you will simply have conversations unlike any you’ve encountered elsewhere.

This is a space for people interested in the frontier where deep insight, impossible ideas and real-world transformation meet. For people who suspect that the real edge of innovation is not technological, but human: a revolution in how deeply we are capable of perceiving, caring and co-creating.
